The Pink Hippo does not guarantee exact color matching between digital previews, proofs, previous orders, or final printed products.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or third-party shipping providers are outside our control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer upon shipment or carrier pickup.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and printed nature of our products, all sales are generally final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, along with supporting photos or documentation where requested.
Refunds, replacements, credits, or reprints are issued at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.
7. Customer Content & Uploaded Files
Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, files, text, images, logos, designs, spelling, layout approval, and content submitted for printing.
The Pink Hippo is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling mistakes, low-resolution artwork, formatting issues, color choices, or incorrect information contained in submitted files.
By uploading or submitting files, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all provided materials.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, product images, layouts, and materials owned by The Pink Hippo remain the property of The Pink Hippo unless otherwise stated.
